В данной статье рассматривается система здравоохранения Кемеровской области в период преобразований 1985 - 1991 гг. Анализ архивных документов и статистической информации свидетельствует о том, что в период перестройки, достаточно подробно проработанные на теоретическом уровне перемены, на практике происходили медленно. В регионе, как и в целом по стране, не были предприняты меры по совершенствованию кадровой политики и материально-технической базы учреждений здравоохранения. Следствием чего явилось ухудшение здоровья населения.
In this article we have a look at the development of public health service in the Kemerovo region in the period of transformations in 1985 - 1991 years. The analyses of archival documents and statistical information indicates that during the period of Perestroika, the changes that were very good studied at theoretical level, were taking place very slowly in practice. In the region, as well as in the whole country, measures to improving personnel policy and material and technical basis of health-care agencies were not taken. It led to the decline of population's health.
