В статье анализируются преимущества развития экономики через создание территориальных кластерных структур. Показаны изменения структуры территориального рынка рабочей силы в условиях формирования высокотехнологичного кластера экономики. Исследуются социально-экономические процессы и специфические технологии как основа формирования инновационной модели экономики; развитие гибких форм территориальной занятости и мягкие конкурентные технологии в модели партнерства предприятий.
The advantages of the development of the economy are analyzed through making the territorial cluster structures. They are shown changes in the structure territorial of the labor market in condition of the shaping high-tech cluster in the economy. They are researched social-economic processes and specific technologies as base of the shaping innovation models of the economy; the development of the flexible forms in the territorial employment and the soft competitive technologies in models partnership of the enterprises.
