Структура российской экономики, зависящая от индустриального технологического уклада и незрелого состоя- ния конкурентной среды, предопределяет продолжение сырьевого варианта развития. Поэтому сегодня требуется теоретическое осмысление регулирования структурных преобразований экономики, определения его объекта, субъектов и инструментов. С этой целью в статье анализируются уровни регулирования структурных преобразова- ний экономики, субъекты.
The structure of Russian economy depends on industrial mode and undeveloped rivalry. It predetermines the continuation of the raw-material way of development. Thus, today the theoretical explanation economys structural regulation as well as the definition of its object, actors and instruments are required. To achieve this purpose the levels and agents of economys structural regulation are analysed in the paper.
