В статье автор рассматривает процесс вступления Греции в Европейский Союз. Анализируются причины, по которым слаборазвитая в экономическом плане страна, только что сбросившая диктатуру «черных полковников», смогла убедить членов Европейского Союза начать переговоры о вступлении и относительно быстро их завершить.

The author discusses the process of Greece’s accession to the European Union. He analyzes the reasons why the economically weak country that had just escaped the dictatorship of the “black colonels” was able to persuade the EU members to start accession talks and finish them relatively quickly.
