В данной работе приводится описание и анализ особенностей акмеологических инвариант профессионализма как регуляторов успешного достижения профессионального развития. Авторами предлагается подход к изучению акмеологических инвариант через анализ подсистем профессионализма, обусловленных спецификой деятельности руководителей образовательных организаций.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper contains the results of the theoretical analysis of the problem of personal and professional development of the heads of educational institutions. The authors of the work describe and analyze the features of acmeological invariants of professionalism as regulators of the successful achievement of professional development.
