Рассмотрены такие важные памятник наскального искусства и пещерной живописи, как Куэва ла Конга (Никагаруа), Каса де лас Голондринас (Гватемала) и Нах-Тунич (Гватемала). Метод термического гидролизного метилирования – газовой хроматографии – масс-спектрометрии (THM-GCMS) был использован для тестирования и сравнения химических составов, чтобы определить, имеются ли органические связующие, которые могут быть датированы. Представлен обзор проблем датирования. В итогах работы приведены данные исследований, которые показали что анализ мезоамериканских пигментов несет информативный аспект их использования в качестве хронологического индикатора, а в составе красок для фресковой живописи использовался лишь ограниченный набор красок, в основном применялись минеральные пигменты.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper investigates the methods for obtaining pigments that were widely used in the cave and open air rock art in Mesoamerica. Cueva la Conga (Nicaragua), the Casa de las Golondrinas (Guatemala) and Naj Tunich (Guatemala) are under consideration. The method of thermal hydrolysis methylation – gas chromatography – mass spectrometry (THM-GC-MS) was used to test and compare the chemical compositions to determine whether any organic binders survived which could be dated. Problems of the pigments component dating are described.
