В статье рассмотрены теоретические аспекты процесса оффшоризации экономики: раскрыто понятие «оффшор» относительно микрои макроуровня. Раскрыто содержание положительного экономического эффекта от использования оффшорного режима для компаний и стран-оффшорных зон. Проведена оценка негативных экономических последствий оффшоризации для мировой и российской экономики. В заключении статьи изложены основные направления процесса деоффшоризации в России: административное направление; совершенствование законодательства РФ; улучшение инвестиционного климата России.
The paper deals with the theoretical aspects of the process offshorisation of economy and reveals the concept of "offshore" with respect to micro-and macro-levels. The content of the positive economic effect of using the offshore regime for companies and countries which are included in offshore zones is revealed. The estimation of the negative economic consequences of offshorisation for the global and Russian economies is provided. The main directions of the deoffshorisation process in Russia are outlined in the conclusion, the are: administrative direction; improving the legislation of the Russian Federation; improving the investment climate of Russia.
